These terms apply when you use the Capsule iOS app or this website (https://capsule.health). Capsule / Capsule Health (“we”) is a wellness and medication-adherence product. By using it, you agree to this page and to our Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

Capsule is a wellness and adherence tracker, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or change a medication plan. Always follow your clinician. If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services — not the app.

The service

Core tracking — your own meds and reminders — is free for solo use.
Capsule Circle is an optional subscription required for family invites and doctor mode. It is sold as an in-app purchase through the App Store.
We do not list subscription prices on this site. Apple shows the current price, billing period, and renewal terms on the purchase sheet.

Capsule Circle subscription

Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Access continues until the paid period ends.
Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple under their rules, or as required by law.

Your account

You sign in with a phone number. You are responsible for the people you invite into your circle and for what you share with them. You can mute, hide, or remove members at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, impersonate others, scrape the product, or use Capsule to give medical advice you are not licensed to give.
